My Story

Hello, I’m Laila Amanita Paine and these are my stickers. I’ve always been inspired by nature, particularly fungus and plants. I’m 13 years old and I’ve always had a dream to share my art with others. I live in Wyoming and Montana and was born in New York. Fungus inspires me because they're such organic creatures. They all look so different from each other. They grow out of dead organisms and they eat dead matter, they represent regeneration.They are truly a crucial part of the ecosystem.

I’m currently in seventh grade and I am in an online School. I like art, cooking, research projects, fashion, filming, and Amanita Design Co. I like to mushroom hunt too. My favorite mushroom is the Amanita Muscaria, you can probably tell. My favorite mushrooms to eat are morels and chanterelles.

I started this business because of three reasons. One: I’ve always liked to draw, now I can share my drawings with others. Two: I always have liked marketing, logo making, business modeling, etc. I really just didn’t know that I would be able to do it any time soon, but here I am! Three: I wanted to inspire other young entrepreneurs that anything is possible if you just work hard and put your mind to it. It might sound cheesy but it’s true. You are NEVER too young to start a business!
